Any consequences regarding your Libretto's functionality?! I think this is a 
quite usual thing which happens to any L50,60,70 after some years of use with 
an upgraded HD!!! I don't have any clue what's the reason. Mine started 
acting this way after a shutdown due to overheating (left it in the sun 
during audio-CD-grabbing). 

Any ideas?
