None of the 28 disk for windows have the drivers. You are looking for a 1 or
2 disk utility disk set. Look for a disk with phoenix on it. As it was
licensed software I don't think you can just download it from Toshiba. I
seem to recall that Toshiba Austral had a copy posted at one time. Toshiba
USA had a password lock version you could download only after proving you
own it.

Not that simple. Does your friend have the driver disk for his modem? As I
recall, the card and socket services has it's own data base, ( mini
registry) where info is stored about each card you install. Hardware
**should** be the same, for the PCMCIA port, what may get you is the memory
map and free I/O.
