Indeed it is in the BIOS. You get at it by holding down Esc while the
machine starts up, then pressing F1 when prompted.
Alternatively you can set this option from within Windows using the
Power Saver utility. Double-click the lightbulb icon in the system
tray - the setting you want is on the System tab.
