Ahem. Allow me, Sir.

If you mean what I think you mean - that the screen image is too big for the 
display, and it slides sideways and up/down when you move the mouse - then 
you have a virtual screen. This is easy...

Find a bit of screen background (or your wallpaper if you have it) and right 
click on it. Drop down to 'properties' and click on that. That gives you a 
window which will have a tab labelled 'settings' - click there.
On the right of the window there are two sliders - one labelled 'screen' and 
one labelled 'desktop'. Both of these should be set to 640*480 (I'm assuming 
you've got a 50 here...)
Hit 'ok' and everything should spring to life.
