Reminds me of the meter I had for a year before I realized that the fuzzy
view was caused by a plastic shipping film that I had not removed. I removed
it and everything was clear. Then I scratched it and was upset. Then
something else happened under Fluke three year warranty and it came back with
a new face and new shipping film. This time I did not remove the film and as
a result have never scratched the face and don't even notice the fuzz. Kind
of like an antiglare treatment. If it does come off someday, I will put one
of the Palm Pilot protectors on it.
That story is a long way from what I wanted to say which is: "Thanks"
