Kim: I don't have an answer to your question, but you could have guessed 
that. 

I just wanted to say this is a very sad story and if it were anyone but Bill 
Gates, they would give you a new one in a min. Sorry, I would guess, and it 
is just that, you stand a better chance of winning the heart of an IRS 
auditor.

My suggestion, ask for a copy and sleep at night, you paid for the damn thing 
once.

As for me, I am still running Word 6.0, it is way smarter than I am. The 
remainder of MS Office remains on its' virgin CD. Old programs if they do the 
job, don't fill up the HD with so much garbage. What ever happened to code 
writers that could integrate and not have to repeat, repeat, repeat? Sorry 
there I go again, off on an other diatribe.
