Dave,
I am confused with this subject vs. the advice in the body.
If you are recommending overclocking to 100 MHz than it
is probably not a 120 MHz CPU to begin with?
What does P120 really mean.
Do you know what is the maximum overclocking for the Libretto M3?
CPU: Intel Pentium 133 MHz VRT with MMX, 32 KB Cache Memory.

Xin started it all by oc'ing his L50 to 166Mhz and ran it w/o problems.
The few others that have tried 166Mhz have told me it works for them as
well.
I'd say that since the P120 is the same range as that in the L70, you might
want to try 166Mhz first since L70s easily do 166Mhz w/o hufffing and puffing.
Of course, you should read my site carefully as well as the linked sites to
make sure you know what you need to do.
Also, a very thin layer to thermal grease between the CPU and heat sink will
helpprevetn future problems (just enough to ensure solid, gap free contact, not
a lot or you'll simply overheat the CPU by preventing heat from transfering).
If 166Mhz doesn't work, you will simply try 133Mhz, then 100Mhz.
Those speeds make the most sense because the 133Mhz uses the 66Mhz bus speed
to improve speeds across the board, and 100Mhz seems to work for almost
everyone with a P120 CPU (a few overheating cases with the P75 cpu, but that's
to be expected since it is an old design with fat 0.35u traces).
