Users of MSIE may need to bypass the user interface which works only in Netscape 
browsers,
by using the following long URL (all on one line):

http://www.teletranslator.com:8080/?AlisSourceLang=ja&AlisTargetLang=en&AlisUILang=en&AlisTargetURI=http%3A//www.yahoo.co.jp/

Replace yahoo with the URL you want to translate.
After that you can continue to navigate from the translated page.
