Probably not. AFAIK USB cards require cardbus, which
is only on the L100 and up.

The L70 doesnt have PCI -- hence no cardbus
(which is to PCMCIA what PCI is to ISA)

I dunno what other options exist. My personal 
solution would be access the devices via a Linux box, but
I dont know what's possible on Windows.

What is the usb device you wish to use
(there may be saner ways to do it)
