If you look at Iomega site you can find drivers for windows,
but those will not work for dos, and you can find dos drivers for the Jaz
and Zip, but I do not see any drivers for the 250 zip usb or for the click.
So yes if you can get it recognized it would be no problem copying between
them. I think the real question that you need answer is will dos recognize
the click. Perhaps even without Iomega drivers you can get Card and Sockets
service to work with it, as a simple hard drive. Perhaps it would be best to
check with your DOS card and Sockets service provider and see if they have a
driver for it.
