Well, right now it sounds like it's beyond my capabilities; but if anyone 
wants to chip in or point me in the right direction, it would be much 
appreciated...

"No have", as they say in these parts.
I've been shopping around in Kuala Lumpur today, looking for somewhere with 
the capability to copy from a PC-card to a Zip disk, and can't even find 
that...
