  Stick one OS into each own primary partition.

  Switch between them using any program that'll let you do so.  These usually
either work in DOS prompt (pqboot.exe) or load up in the Master boot record
(MBR) and let you pick (eg. system commander)

    eg. partition magic pqboot.exe
        system commander 
        probably ranish partition manager
        etc.

  If you're clueless, then system commander is probably the best of them all. 
It'll partition and let you select which OS to boot to w/o much fuss, and it'll
handle just about every OS on the planet.
