Steve;

Go into device manger and remove your current driver for your floppy. Then
Shut down your computer (do not restart but do a shut down) remove the
floppy drive. Turn your computer back on. After win98 comes backup, plug in
your disk drive. Point it to where you have downloaded this file:

ftp://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/l110fdd8.exe

This is the win98 floppy driver for the PCMCIA  Floppy drive.
