Has anyone heard about a new sound compression format called CCM or CC
something that is supposed to compress audio far better than mp3, and is
currently being supported by ASCAP and the music industry as a whole because
of it's copyright protection capabilities? I saw it mentioned briefly on
TechTV, but even I'm not betting on its biting into mp3 popularity any too
soon. The technology sounds interesting though.
