I just bought an Asus A7V133 main board for Socket A processors. It has a RAID 0 controller on it, for now I want to use it as a simple ATA100 (I checked J13/J14). But when I connect a single drive (in Csel or Master) it is recognised and In can partition it with fdisk, but no way to see it as a drive in DOS and no way to format it. When I plug in a full HD, I can see the partition with fdisk, but no access. When I connect 2 drives on the primary ATA 100, master and slave a recognised correctly (each as jumpered). With fdisk I can see both partitions. But the slave drive can be accessed as drive c:!!! No way to access the master drive. When I change the drives, the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong??? Help!
