This is just a suggestion. There may be others that work better. Try it at
your own risk.

If there are any loose keycaps, remove them first. Then, put the keyboard
(not the computer) in your dishwasher. If you don't have a dishwasher, put
it in your neighbor's instead. If he doesn't have one, go to his neighbor.
You get the idea.

Run a normal wash cycle. If possible, rinse twice. Do not allow the keyboard
to dry after rinsing, place it in a shallow tub of distilled water while
still wet. Allow to soak for about 30 minutes. Pour the water off and lay
the keyboard key-side down on a stack of paper towels or some other thick,
absorbent material. Don't hurry this step. Leave it overnight if possible,
preferably in a very dry area.

The dishwashing cycle should remove any residue from the wine. The double
rinse should get the soap film out, and the soak should get out any residual
chemical.

This has worked before on full-size keyboards, so it may also work on your
Libretto keyboard.
