I'm using exactly that drive in my libretto 100CT. I'm using Linux so
BIOS issues don't apply to me. For windows you would probably need to
use IBMs disk manager program available at www.ibm.com/storage (I
think). There are no hardware issues with this drive, except for the
disconcerting way in which it seems as if something is loose inside the
drive when you turn it over. I have been assured by a friend at IBM
that this is designed this way.
