Subject: Floppy Boot - 100CT
Having successfully shoehorned a new IBM Travelstar (9.5mm) into my 100CT, I
find that it has Win95 preinstalled (Dell setup). But, since it was
partitioned on a non-Libretto, I'll have to wipe out the installed software
when I fdisk it.
The problem I'm having is that I cannot get the Libretto to boot from the
floppy drive. It will read a floppy from Win95, though. Can someone tell me
the correct settings in BIOS setup for both the PCMCIA interface and the FDD
to let it boot from the floppy? Thanks.
