I completely do not understand this.
When I got what I THOUGHT was Toshiba's Win98 Power management utility ( the
"hairy light bulb" what actually happened was one more power profile was
added to Win98 power management called "Toshiba" and all it seemed to do was
disable certain power settings.
Where, or what, is the equivalent of the "hairy light bulb"? I would like
this because among other things it allows different things to happen when I
close the lid depending on whether or not I am plugged in. I don't think
this is possible with regular Win98 power management.
