I know with the 100CT and 110CT, the BJC-80 or 50 needs to be configured as
follows:
If the Canon Printer drivers are already loaded and the printer is installed
follow the procedure below:
1. In the Printers folder, right click the "Canon BJC-80" and select
"Properties".
2. Select the "Details" tile
3. In the pull down menu labeled "Print to the following port" select "COMX:
(Infrared Serial (COM) Connection Port)" Where "X" is the COM port number
Ex. "COM4"
4. Select the "Okay" button and then try and Print.

Using the IR LPT3 port will NOT work. Try the above procedure  with your
70CT to see if it works.
