Subject: Lib 100CT - slow down after period of inactivity

Ever since I have owned my Lib 100 I notice that if it has been on for a reasonable
session of on-line activity and left inactive for, say, 20mins - i.e. until the screen
light switches itself off - things tend to be very sluggish thereafter. The HDD does
not spin down as mains supplied power in this case. CPU settings are set to fastest
settings etc. HDD activity is slower, the external mouse pointer is also sluggish -
any ideas?

BTW I have Win95B and expanded RAM (64MB).

George
