I installed w2kpwrx1.exe
I don't see the tab.
There is -no- readme in the zip, so I honestly don't know that it's for the
libretto other than the fact that toshiba said it was.
If you have one that works under w2k, I would very much appreciate if you
could e-mail it to me.

Double click on Power Option Icon and bring up the Power Options dialog. Now
Select one power scheme and go to Toshiba Power Extension page on the same
dialog. Set the LCD brightness and CPU speed. You can also find the temp
gauge there. Hit Apply button then go to first page select another power
scheme and repeat.

If you didn't see the Toshiba Power Extension page on Power Options dialog,
then you didn't install the right thing.
