I would seriously not recommend it. Win2K Pro is
acceptable only with 128MB of RAM and above, so
Win2K AS would surely choke on 32MB. Not only is
your Libby short of RAM, the CPU is dated as well.
WinME would be a better choice, though barely.

If you need "server" type of services, you should
probably look into Linux. Linux with selective
services and a minimal window manager (or GUI
package) might just work with your Libby.

Libby 50 was shipped with Win95. There is a HUGE
difference in terms of resource demand between
Win95 and Win2K. :)
