Just ran the utility and it will create a bootable floppy for you (has to be
720K floppy if I remembered correctly. If you can't find one, you can tape
over one of the holes on regular 1.44M floppy to let drive think it is
720k). Then boot your machine off the floppy and watch the BIOS updates
automatically.

Unless you're going to install Win2k, 8.0 BIOS does not give you any other
improvement. It's a Win2k compatibility upgrade.

Remember everytime you upgrade your BIOS, you run a chance to failure and
the result will be your machine became useless.
