My Toshiba PA2501 AC adapter is marked 15V DC at 2 Amps. That would be 30
watts. That being the case, either one should work as a replacement for the
Libretto.
The 35 watt one would be closest to the Toshiba, and the 70 watt unit should
be more than you would ever need for just the Libretto. How ever it (the 70
watt unit) would power a lot more things than the 35 unit would. Like
perhaps your laptop, or a printer.
