Subject: Problem loading PCMCIA floppy
Turned on the 50CT yesterday and it crashed and burned. Don't know what
upset it but as of now everything is working OK except the floppy, Windoze
won't recognize it anymore (works fine in DOS though). I've tried to
reinstall but Windoze insists that it's a Toshiba floppy, which of course is
not working, it has to be something else.
I recall seeing Adaptec listed previously but haven't found it in the list
of hardware that Windoze provides. Can someone look at their Control
Panel/System setup and tell me what is listed for the floppy. Perhaps I can
then ID the .INF file that has the info and convince Windoze to allow me to
use it to install the floppy again, thanks.
Louis
