Actually... I have a home-brew distro, which I will be putting up
somewhere as soon as I get my broadband connection (British Telecom
*grrr*...) and hopefully making Libretto and Vaio (USB floppy)
bootdisks for it.
I already have this on the Libretto, but this was achieved with some
trouble quite some time ago (but using the floppy_cs which Christian
maintains?).

I booted from floppy and then performed a networked install, with a
pcmcia card (swap from floppy to network card after booting).
I will be trying this on my Libretto at the weekend with kernel 2.4.6
(just out ;) so I will report back once I have had a stab at things
