Paul,

I just had this go bad on my 110CT a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was a bad
backlight but in fact it was the F/L Inverter. It was a very simple replacement once
I knew which of the two parts to replace (the Inverter was a lot simpler than the bulb
would have been). Fortunately, I have a second 110 as well so it was easy to
determine the defective part.

If you have access to a second 100/110 your task will be significantly easier. The
part I needed was only about US$40 and I ordered it over the net.

Greg

Hi Guys,
The screen on my libretto has just turned very dark, you can only just make out an
image on the display. It appears to work perfectly via the port replicator on an
external monitor, Any suggestions or does anyone know of a Libretto repairer in the
UK ?

Regards,

Paul Mac
