Subject: libretto beer club annual outing
Greetings one and all...
After too many months without a break, I'm planning another tour of the
permanent floating libretto beer club. Theoretically, I'll be flying into
San Francisco on the 8th September and touring up and down the San Joaquim
valley for a fortnight. (Heh: regarding plane ticket prices, an hours wait
in Detroit saves me enough to hire a nice car for a fortnight)
I'd love to hear from (and buy a beer for) any librettoeers in the area...
On a related note: any group members in Buenos Aires? My daughter arrives
there in a fortnight or so and would love some advice on connecting her (UK
style) modem to a suitable cheap ISP - this will need both phone cable
adaptors and some ISP recommendations. She's studying Spanish for a year
there, but speaks it well enough, along with Portuguese, English, and
German, so communication should be no problem.
