Just pry carefully, and when you find a spot where it is glued, use a sharp
knife to cut through it. It's glued at about 10-12 places.
Once I transplanted the guts, I just used SMALL dabs of superglue at those
points and taped it together overnight to make sure the glue held it. Worked
fine for me.
