Subject: Caps.Lock+Num.Lock indicator utility (was: RE: Key commands and impedance)

Two questions!
<1> Can anyone recommend a Windows utility that shows if Caps.Lock is
on/off?
<2> Can anyone tell me a keyboard shortcut to 'Tile Windows...' without
using
the mouse or mouse buttons?

<1>
In the long distant past I'm sure I've seen a utility offered that displays
things - like the time - in the title bar of the top (active) window, no
matter what program the top (active) window actually belongs to, so I guess
it's possible... and that maybe someone on the list has already found
something suitable and given it a whirl?

I presume we're all in the same boat and have no Caps.Lock indicator light
unless we are using an external keyboard?

I'm using Win'98 now / hopefully Win'2k soon - on a Libretto 110

Recently saw the following - maybe the same (or similar) utility would serve
here too:-

The other question is not exactly a Libretto-specific question, I know, but
as I've managed to incorporate a previous thread subject referring to 'Key
commands', and I'm already here... ;-)

What is the keyboard command for bringing up the Taskbar (the panel 'under'
the Start Menu)? I want to 'Tile Windows Horizontally' and 'Tile Windows
Vertically' without using the mouse or mouse buttons. Once I have the
'focus' on the Taskbar, I can do this via the
menu/options/properties key, or whatever the official name is for that
'other' Windows key with the menu/pointer icon.

Windows+Tab gets me close, but the 'focus' is on the individual 'Task'
buttons; I need the focus to be as if I'd clicked on the actual Taskbar
background, where a right-click (or the 'other' windows key) brings up this
menu:-

 - Toolbars
 - ---
 - Cascade Windows
 - Tile Windows Horizontally
 - Tile Windows Vertically
 - ---
 - Minimize All Windows
 - ---
 - Properties

I'm sure it's dead simple, but I just can't seem to find it by trial and
error...

TIA!

Sincerely... Steve
