*sigh* OK, fubarlibretto-san, forget about my advice until you (a) get rid
of all Microsoft applications on your machine or (b) switch to
Win2000. (Note: I just tried it with IE open and it worked fine. I don't
have OE on my machine, so I can't try that. Maybe it's something they only
introduced in Win2000.)

I'll keep that in mind next time I feel the need to put on a miniskirt and
chat with a pretty girl. <eg> (Yes, I know that's not quite what you
