Has anyone been able to get the latest version of What! battery meter ( http://www.geocities.com/ashoka_kumar_2000/akwhat.html ) working? I've tried installing it half a million times, each time I run it the main screen flashes up then disappears into the tray, never to be seen again (and yes I've unchecked minimize, I've tried virtually every permutation available of those options!). The program DOES seem to work (the mouseover on the icon works for instance) but thats about it - I can't get that window up which sorta defeats the purpose of the program. Speaking of which, does the LIbretto 50CT allow you to recalibrate the on-board battery meter (the one that Win95 polls)? When I got a new battery pack, charged it then used it the first time, it took half an hour to go from 100% to 1% but then it sat on 1% for about 40 minutes until it turned itself off (I was doing a 'Run the (overclocked) processor like crazy, thrash the hard drive like crazy, have the screen on full brightness' test so I'm guessing in real life I'll get more than 70 minutes out if it ... hopefully!). Anyone else have this problem?
