  oh, well.   a quick Yahoo.com search will most likely bring up a copy.

  In any case, it isn't better than AMN Refridgerator or CPUIDLE IMO, both of
which are my own two top picks for CPU Idling programs.  AMN because it's far
smaller than anything else out there (thank the Russian programmers for their
tight assembly language coding).  CPUIdle because it gives you more info about
what's going on, and it's a solid program.
