Perhaps another aid to help people unsubscribe (the more the greater the 
odds of one sinking in), would be to get Dan to post detailed, clear 
instructions on his website.  People go there and find good instructions on 
how to subscribe to the list.  But there's nothing there that really details 
how to unsubscribe in a manner that spells out all of the possible goofs, 
and guides people on just what to do.

This might enable the footer to be shortened a bit too.  Just a few links to 
related web pages would be nice.

I think the monthly FAQ is a good idea too.  It's probably not going to be 
changing much month to month... it at all... and could be posted on Dan's 
website with the unsubscribe info.
