The only thing that has slowed down the start up is my loading of McAfee
Virus Scan which I am now thinking of removing - takes ages to load this
part now.  As for the rest including Office XP - this loads quickly and
'interacts' speedily.   Not sure what you mean by saying leave 100Mb - do I
make another partition of this or what.  Can you 'talk' me through the
process.
