It installs 9.06 of EZ-BIOS (just one version behind the latest; latest adds never-needed support for Ultra-IDE PCI cards). (Later versions are locked to prevent use on other HD brands. Maxtor's MaxBlast ? is unlocked, and appears to work, but installs an unknown version of EZ-BIOS so I'd avoid this vs. the EZ-Drive 9.09W.)
