The line: "Then replace any text on the message's subject line: cmd:unsubscribe" Should read: "Then replace any text on the message's subject line with: cmd:unsubscribe" Or, to avoid confusion because of word wrapping in that last sentence I typed... the last portion of that sentence should be seen as: "..on the message's subject line with: cmd:unsubscribe" All without the quotes of course. I must say that it does seem that most people DO in fact figure all this out pretty well.
