James says he can't boot his L50. Symptoms include can't boot from hdd AND "could not get the Libretto to recognize (floppy)." This is why I asked in a previous message: Have you tried going into setup to see if you have boot from floppy disabled? There may be nothing wrong with his bios. He may have boot from floppy disabled and his hdd may not be bootable. Hope this helps. >>-----Original Message----- >Date: Sun, 13 Jan 2002 01:40:56 +0000 >From: "Matthew Hanson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Subject: Re: [LIB] RE: [LIBRETTO] : L50 BIOS > >Date: Sat, 12 Jan 2002 22:57:04 +0000 >From: "Matthew Hanson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >I'm wondering if he's checked to see if the system can boot from a bootable >floppy disk. >Matt > >>-----Original Message----- >>Date: Fri, 11 Jan 2002 16:28:19 -0500 >>From: "James S.
