If nothing else, the latest Toshiba accessories catalog that came with a new Satellite 3000 series (very nice I might add, 1Ghz, SmartMedia flash card slot, DVD/CD-RW, 14", touchpad (at last!), etc.) still has the memory listed for the L50/70/100/110 series for sale.
