Hmmmmmm... Time to research the Libretto Mailing List archives for past posts by other users with the same/similar problems. Perhaps one way is the pull the main battery and let it sit around for a few hours, then drop in the drive(s). You may also have to disconnect the backup BIOS battery (see my site for parts diagram as to where it is). Do the HDs work on any other computer?
