Yes, this is what I posted on the subject. ISTR someone else found it
didn't work for them, but I've done this successfully:

I recently came across the following well-hidden document which has
the solution:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q257/2/49.asp

So to download all the installation files for all versions of Windows,
you need the command:
ie5setup.exe /c:"ie5wzd.exe /d:1 /s:""#E"""

(OK, so you asked about IE6, but I believe the principle's the same:
just replace 5 with 6)
