Gah! ... I take it its a case of "if it ain't broke don't fix it"? I'm still a little 
curious how you managed to get the hairy lightbulb only installing the 98 power saver 
... AFAIK that just updates the 95 version of the hairy lightbulb (the update 
consisting only of a single VxD and an .ini file).

I'm quite happy with suspend now that I know it actually uses less power than fully 
turned on, I don't think I'll bother hibernating the thing anymore ... the only gripe 
I have now is that I can't hot-dock onto the APR but thats not too bad, does anyone 
think the ACPI update might fix THAT problem? I'm more trying to make sure the thing 
is stable (I had to do some fancy footwork with a few hard drives to get the install 
onto the 20 gig hard drive out of my old L50 without disturbing NTLDR or LILO ... yup 
I'm dual booting with BOTH bootloaders) ... so far so good ... hehe
