The M3 have same uP than L100 and L110, the TT166 SL2, noo? I find any information about this, and belive in that. Why? I have a 100Ct and a 110Ct with the same uP, a TT166 SL2. I trying to overclock to 300Mhz, i need remove the CY2278a for changes and search a method to simplifie this operation (cut a via of c.i. .....). It may not work as most older Pentiums didn't like going above 66Mhz very much, but the only way to know is to try. The Libretto M3 models have been known to overclock to 300Mhz, but again, that's really pushing it.
