I doubt it. Libretto hibernation is controlled by BIOS, and I don't THINK
the O/S can command the BIOS beyond plug-n-play.

The way I tell is when using Street Atlas USA Windows will not allow
suspend/hibernation ( saying a device or program won't allow it ) but if the
Libretto decides to hibernate due to battery life it will do so just fine.
