  If you install that one tiny extra  CDFS.vxd
(http://pages.cthome.net/homepage/eac/cdfs.htm), then those CDA's simply look
like regular WAVE files for all intents and purposes.  Never knew why MS didn't
stick it in themselves....

  Otherwise, use CDEX or any other CD Ripper to extract the CDA files from the
audio CD into WAVE files on your HD.
