Almost any PCMCIA CD-ROM drive made today and in the past will work with the Librettos as long as drivers for the operating system you are using are available. For sure, the old SCSI HP M820E CD-RW and Sony & Panasonic CD-ROM SCSI PCMCIA drives work with the Librettos. I'd try one of the newer PCMCIA powered CD-ROM/RW drives if you're willing to see if they'll work off the Librettos -- more convenient if they do vs. AC adapter powered versions.
