I forget how to do the bios, but to use teh floppy without drivers, boot
off of it. If you use a bootable floppy (can create one on your desktop pc)
you can then boot from it and because of teh flopy boot it'll see teh drive
without the drivers. You can then copy files to your HD.
As to getting windows re-installed on it, ouch, that's a lot of work.
But that'll get you started.
