Heh... this time you've just posted this to me, and not to the list unless 
you've BCCed with Outlook. :-)

Those things bugged me once too often.  I finally did a search for good 
utilities to kill them, and have had great success with Zero Popup v1.38.  
It doesn't catch them all, but seems to manage with a 95% - 98% success 
rate.
