As I understand it, one of the "practical" outcomes of the 100 and later having Cardbus, and the 70 and earlier not having Cardbus, is that the later models can "do" USB (ie with a Cardbus PCcard, as well as from the EPR) whereas the earlier models can't "do" USB in any shape or form.
